This notice describes the personal information JOLT Studio collects through this website and what we do with it. It is written by the studio, not by any third party, and covers only this site and our class bookings.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google returns. When you book a class we store the name, phone number and email you enter, along with the class you selected and the time of the booking. If you buy a session or a membership, our payment provider processes the card details — the studio never sees or stores your card number.
Why we use it
To hold your place in a class, to let the trainer know who is attending, to contact you if a class changes, and to manage your membership and payments.
Who can see it
Studio staff who manage the schedule can see bookings. Our hosting, database and payment providers process the data on our behalf so the site and checkout work. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while your account is active and for as long as we need them for accounting. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your profile and future bookings.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@jolt.studio and we will respond.
